Captioning

Executive Order 926 from the CSU Chancellor’s office requires captioning for all video content intended for general distribution here at Cal State San Marcos. There are a number of ways video content may be made available. The most common are:

  • Recordings made using the campus Mediasite systems;
  • Videos embedded into the campus website;
  • Videos made available in the campus Learning Management System (LMS) - Cougar Courses;
  • Video encoded on DVD disc media.
