COVID-19 Updates: Transcription Delays Possible
This message is from our captioning service.
During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic there has been a large increase in transcription and captioning requests as schools and businesses rapidly move to online learning and training in order to protect the health and safety of staff, students, and clients. We share your concerns and applaud your efforts, and are doing everything we can to keep up with the increased demand. Currently you may experience slightly longer turnaround times than normal for caption submissions.
In this period of very high demand, please try to submit post-production work, or schedule live sessions with as much advance notice as possible. We realize that this may not always be possible, so if you have particularly urgent deadlines, please use the shorter turnaround queues and drop a note to altmpsrequests@csusm.edu to let us know that you have tight deadlines.
