Booking the studio

*Please read our iStudios Disclaimer BEFORE filling out any requests*

Hello and thank you for showing interest in booking one of the iStudios spaces. The studios are open 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday, and are closed weekends and holidays. We may contact you to learn more about your intended use. Please allow our team at least 24Hrs to respond to your request(s). If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact istudios@csusm.edu for more information regarding your request. The iStudios does not accept walk-ins. Upon approval for a reservation, please arrive on time to KEL 2302 and our studio staff will confirm your apt and unlock the reserved studio space. Please let us know about any cancellations by emailing us at istudios@csusm.edu. If you do not arrive at your appointment within 15-30 minutes (unannounced), you will be considered a no-show and we will cancel your appointment. All reservations for the iStudios will include our staff to supervise, troubleshoot tech issues, and monitor the studio spaces to ensure equipment is being used responsibly. The iStudios equipment must always remain in the iStudios. If you need backdrops changed, please ask the studio staff and they can have the proper colors hung up for you. Same goes for moving any equipment or lighting please ask our staff and they can help setup whatever is needed. Equipment can only be accessed within the iStudios and or from approved reservations. Lost or Damaged Equipment is the client’s responsibility. Any costs from lost or damaged studio equipment due to misuse, abuse, or negligence will be paid for by the client. Refusal to pay for breakages will lead to exclusion from the iStudios spaces. Lost Items & Media fall on the client using the studios space. We are not legally or financially responsible for items brought into or left at or in the iStudios spaces. This includes hard drives, SD cards, personal equipment/items or any media left before, during or after use of the iStudios. The iStudios staff is not responsible for your media files. Users of the space are responsible for any storage of their own media files and are advised to bring their own SD cards, SSD or hard drives.
