Office 365 for Students, Faculty & Staff

We are happy to offer all CSUSM active students, faculty and staff Microsoft Office. Office 365 allows you to work with many Microsoft applications from the Web and offers cloud storage.

Faculty and staff are eligible if they have an active campus email address and password. You can install the software on a personally owned device.

Active CSUSM Students, please be sure to remove the "cougars" portion of your email address when logging in. Your email should be username@csusm.edu

Graduating or leaving the university?

Transfer your data before it gets deleted!

Students, if you wish to retain your data after leaving the university, please be sure to back up your data onto a personal cloud storage prior to leaving as to not lose any data.
