The College of Business Administration at California State University San Marcos offers two MBA programs in North County San Diego: The Fully Employed MBA Program and The Specialized MBA Program. Take the next step towards a leadership role in your organization or master the tools needed to transition to your next opportunity with an MBA from Cal State San Marcos.

Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA)

18 month generalist program. For working professionals with at least 3 years of work experience. Evening and weekend classes.

Specialized MBA (SMBA)

Accelerated: 1 year for full-time students. Part-Time: 2-3 years for part-time students. Weekday evening classes. Specializations available in: Business Analytics, International Business, and Supply Chain Management.
