leading bachelor's and master's programs, which are shaped by our world-class faculty and strengthened by a market driven curriculum. We are dedicated to the success of our students with a focus on career development through our engaging Signature Programs.

CoBA offers variety of options in its Undergraduate Program, including, Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance, Global Business, Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, and Global Supply Chain Management.

Our Professional Mentoring Program for undergraduate upperclassmen enhances the professional and soft skills that area employers have identified as critical needs. The required Business Professional Development Program is guided by volunteer Executives in Residence. Finally, our Student Success Grant Program helps students meet the costs of attending events that will enhance their professional development.

At the graduate level, there are two MBA Programs; a Fully Employed MBA and a Specialized MBA. The Fully Employed MBA is a part-time general degree designed for working professionals and can be completed in 18 months. The Specialized MBA   offers three specializations in Business Analytics, International Business and Supply Chain Management and can be completed full-time in 12 months, or part-time in 24 months. Additionally, our Professional Mentoring Program for graduate students helps them shape their career goals.

Jimmy Tai Donation
March 2022
Jimmy Thai, DTM and his wife Lily are committed to helping the next generation of leaders make a positive impact on society. Through their Build a School Foundation, Inc., they contributed $5000 to launch the CSUSM CLIMB Compassionate Leadership Experience Awards and intend to contribute $5,000 per year for the next five years. Jimmy earned his MBA degree from CSUSM in 2000 and is committed to giving back and inspiring others to make a difference in the world.

The Student Success Grants (SSGs) are available to help students meet the costs of attending skills, knowledge-building, and networking events that will enhance their professional development.
